How are you going to determine if your selected company is qualified/experienced to do the job?

2) PROPER INSURANCE COVERAGES
Unfortunately, we're human and accidents happen! Who's responsible for these unforseen circumstances?
Though not likely, a floor cleaning company sometimes doesn't carry or have sufficient insurance coverages to handle certain incidences which can sometimes become your burden. Make sure you know that your selected floor cleaning company has you covered with the proper Insurance coverages in place. They shouldn't have any problem providing you with proof of such coverage to ease your mind!
3) EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
So, you've gotten your floor cleaned, maybe stripped and waxed. Granted, it looks GREAT....at least at first. A few days later, your finish starts to peel and/or you find yourself needing another cleaning sooner than you thought.
Product Quality MATTERS. Not always but often times cheaper prices could very well mean cheaper products. As the saying goes...You get what you pay for.
Product Quantity MATTERS. 1 coat of wax/finish is going to ware down quicker than 2-3 coats of finish. Know what you are paying for. Whether you receive an online, onsite or over the phone floor stripping and waxing estimate, make sure you have a hard copy for your records.
4) REFERENCE/REVIEWS
What happens when your not satisfied or happy with your services? Is it at that moment that you do some digging to see what others experiences may have been with the company?? Always get a good idea of how reputable a floor cleaning company is. What are people saying about their customer service and quality of work? CHECK REVIEWS!
5) NOT ENOUGH RESEARCH!
As customers/consumers, we typically like to know how a product or service performs BEFORE we spend our hard earned dollars. A resume... if you will. PROOF that what you say you can do/deliver is actually the case. Take a look at your companies floor cleaning photo gallery show casing actual results of their capabilities.
HELPFUL TIPS
Ask if your floor cleaning service provides any type of floor care maintenance. Typically performed on a monthly, quaterly, semi-annual, or annual basis (depending on foot traffic, your preference etc.) This usually will help to cut down the cost on your floor cleaning.
