All clients of J.R.N.T. Cleaning Services are backed by our Quality Control Program which guarantees to you a re-clean of any area that is not satisfactory to the client (client must call within 24 hours of initial house cleaning or commercial office cleaning). A Quality Control manager will re-visit the serviced site to inspect the unsatisfactory area and have it re-clean at no charge to the client. Although we have yet to receive any complaints, J.R.N.T Cleaning Services assures you that all complaints are taken very seriously and we do not and will not tolerate any cleaning less than top quality cleaning.
