*Remove books, papers and files cluttered on the tables and find them a nice place to store them. (It may take some time but it is worth it if you want your office clean)

*Electronics: Computers, printers and other electronics are the most used in an office; consequently they are the dirtiest. Gently wipe your screen with a soft cloth; blow out dust from the keyboards, printers, CPUs and fax machine either with a piece of cloth or compressed air; use cotton swabs dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean around each keyboard key, and to disinfect the other electronics.

*Furniture: Once per month remove all items from the desk top, shelves and table tops and clean them with an all purpose cleaner. On a weekly basis, just dust the work surfaces, wipe the chair with leather wipes and dust its leg

*The floor: Vacuum your floor carpet regularly. For tile floor cleaning or other hard surface, sweep it clean and mop it at least once a week. You also have the option of having your floors stripped and waxed (should be done by a professional floor cleaners) to bring about a nice glossy shine and restore a new look to your floor

*Waste basket: Very often clean the dust with a cleaning spray or using soap and water. They need not be dirty. Office workers often catch communicable disease more like school kids due to the close working atmosphere. Keeping your office clean may protect you from colds and other flues.
